What is your refund policy for single-issue purchases and subscriptions?

Once you access or download a purchased issue, the purchase cannot be cancelled. If you no longer wish to continue your subscription, you can cancel auto-renewal through PayPal. If you prefer not to cancel it yourself, you can contact us via our website's contact form, and we'll handle it for you. Your subscription will remain active until the end of the current billing period.

Note: If you are a resident of the European Union, you have the right to cancel your purchase and request a refund within 14 days, starting the day after purchase.

What is your auto-renewal policy?

When you subscribe to a 1-Year All-Access Digital Subscription, your subscription will automatically renew at the end of the term unless you cancel it beforehand. You can manage your auto-renewal settings via PayPal or contact us for assistance. To avoid unwanted charges, please ensure you cancel auto-renewal before your subscription period ends.

Do you offer a hard copy edition?

Yes, we offer a print edition available across 12 different Amazon marketplaces.

What does a 1-Year All-Access Digital Subscription include?

A 1-Year All-Access Digital Subscription grants you access to all six issues published within the year, plus instant access to all our back issues as a bonus. Please note, print editions are not included.

How many issues do you publish each year?

We publish Wing Chun Illustrated Magazine six times a year, bi-monthly in February, April, June, August, October, and December.

Do you sell digital subscriptions?

Yes, we offer a 1-Year All-Access Digital Subscription. To support us, please purchase a subscription directly through the Wing Chun Illustrated Newsstand website, rather than through the Apple App Store or Google Play.

How do I access your digital edition?

You can access Wing Chun Illustrated Magazine on your desktop computer, phone, or tablet (iOS & Android). Download our app on unlimited devices, and use the same login details across all of them.

Can I buy single issues through your app?

Yes, you can purchase single issues through the app. However, to support us, we recommend buying them on the Wing Chun Illustrated Newsstand. You’ll still be able to access the issues through the app.

How do I access my account on a Desktop?

Log in to your account through the Wing Chun Illustrated Newsstand website by clicking the login button in the upper-right corner.

Can I access my account on both iOS and Android devices with the same login?

Yes, you can access your account on both iOS and Android devices, as well as on desktop, using the same login details.

Where can I download the iOS app?

You can download the iOS app here. It requires iOS 12.0 or later and is compatible with iPhone, iPad, and iPod Touch.

Where can I download the Android app?

You can download the Android app here. It requires Android 4.4 or later.

How much does the app cost?

The app is free to download and includes two complimentary issues.

What kind of payment methods do you offer?

We process payments through PayPal. You can use either your PayPal account or a credit card (no PayPal account needed). PayPal accepts all major credit cards, including Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover.

If your credit card is not being accepted and you see a message like, “The card you entered cannot be used for this payment. Please enter a different card,” it could be due to one of the following reasons:

• Your card is linked to a specific PayPal account, and you're not logged into that account.
• Your card is associated with a PayPal account that has been closed.
• Your card is linked to PayPal but hasn't been confirmed.
• You've exceeded your card limit with PayPal.
• PayPal's system has flagged your email address.

Is your website secure?

I forgot my password. Can you tell me what it is?

For security reasons, we can't view your password. However, you can reset it here.

How do I set a new password?

On your desktop, log in and click “My Account” in the upper-right corner. Then, click the “Change My Password” link under your username.

On the app, use the “Forgot Password” feature on the login screen. Click “Forgot Password” and follow the steps.
